Natalja   Website Short stories - file "The animal shelter", it is aimed at elementary students; the purpose is to develop listening skills and to teach animals, descriptions of them and action verbs. It could motivate my learners, because the story is very colourful and attractive, all the characters are very pleasant and the speech is supplied with the written text what facilitates understanding of the listening task.
Website Poetry4kids - file "Snake Mistake", it is aimed at pre-intermediate students; the purpose is to study Past Simple of the regular and irregular verbs, to develop reading skills. It could be used as a classroom activity when students are asked to complete the poem with the correct form of the verbs given in brackets.
Website LearnEnglish Podcasts - file "India", it is aimed at intermediate students; the purpose is to develop listening skills and to study the influence of Indian culture on the world. A variety of exercises such as multiple choice, open close or filling the gap could be used on the basis of this recorded text.
Website Poem of the week - file "Apples", it is aimed at intermediate to upper intermediate students; the purpose is to develop listening skills. It could be used as an extra practical exercise during lessons devoted to English literature.
Sņežana    I have chosen the file "Short stories" on the website http://learnenglishkids.britishcouncil.org/en/short-stories. It is aimed at children of primary school (3-4 forms). The aim of the file is to develop listening skill for comprehension and for teaching new vocabulary. For example,  a story "The animal shelter". When pupils watch and listen to the story, they learn new vocabulary (names of animals), they learn pronunciation and spelling of the words. This file provides different activities to practise vocabulary and to check understanding with the comprehension tasks such as matching the words with the pictures and answering the questions. In my opinion, watching and listening to the story help pupils to memorise new vocabulary because a lot of children are  visual kinds of learners. This file gives opportunities to improve pronunciation, intonation of the sentences and to develop reading skill. Another file "LearnEnglish Podcast" is located on the website http://learnenglish.britishcouncil.org/en/topics. There you can find video and audio materials for different levels of your students from elementary to interemedaite. I have found a story "Scarlet". There it is possible to print a text of the story, do  language activities, listen to the story. It provides ways of describing family and people from different countries. Students practise adjectives describing people and nationalities, names of countries. These activities could be used for  writing short descriptions.
Ligita   Website Short stories - file "What will I be when I grow up", it is aimed at elementary students; the aim is to develop listening skills and to teach vocabulary which is connected to jobs, descriptions of them and animals as well. During listening students revise and learn new words and hear pronunciation. After listening they could do different tasks: to retell the story or 2 tasks which are given: to complete the story with correct words or a teacher could cut reading text in the lines and students should put the lines into correct order.
Website Poetry4kids - file "Today's my favorite holiday" (http://poetry4kids.podbean.com/2009/11/19/todays-my-favorite-holiday/) it is aimed at pre-intermediate students; the aim is to study Future Simple and action verbs, to develop listening and reading skills. It could be used as a classroom activity when students are asked to complete the poem with the correct verbs or a teacher could cut a poem in the lines and during listening students should put the lines into correct order.
